It all starts with a visit to the Bentley factory. This invite-only experience enhances the feeling of exclusivity and prestige associated with the heritage brand while providing customers with a unique opportunity to explore Bentley’s past, tour its collection of iconic pre-war models, and meet the skilled craftspeople who ensure each vehicle is tailored to their exact specifications.
Each interaction is complemented by interactive technology. In the Welcome Area, guests are invited to use the custom phygital table with touchscreen and LED display to unlock content related to Bentley’s history and sustainability values. The heritage showroom features five projectors that form a layered synced display, an intriguing backdrop to Bentley’s curated collection of pre-war vehicles. The story of each model and the role it has played in shaping automotive history comes to life through videos designed to take viewers on a voyage through time.
As the finale, our team curated a tailor-made vehicle handover process that focuses on full brand immersion interspersed with moments of celebration. Each customer enters a bespoke handover portal equipped with a curved video wall. Hyper-personalized visuals depicting the car’s manufacturing process build anticipation while a message from the Bentley CEO instils a sense of ceremony when the car is finally revealed. Lotus
Setting a New Standard
Transforming the static showroom into an engaging, accessible, and inspiring retail experience center marked a clear shift in the way Lotus connects with its customers. Storytelling and sensory experiences took center stage as our team crafted an immersive showroom concept that brings the brand to life through audio, scent, and dynamic visuals.
It all starts with a warm welcome large LED display showcasing intriguing content that encourages passers-by to cross the threshold and providing personalized greetings to those with pre-booked appointments. Once inside, portrait-mounted touchscreens build on Lotus’ legacy of innovation, style, and performance by inviting customers to dive into the details of each model on display. Those with limited time can continue their voyage of discovery online by scanning the accompanying QR codes, while intuitive call-to-action buttons streamline the path to book a test drive. Tabletop touchscreen displays are also employed to empower customers to design their dream car via an interactive vehicle configurator.
A bold and innovative concept that puts the customer in the driving seat, the entire showroom can be adapted to fit seamlessly into spaces of different sizes, allowing Lotus to present a unified brand experience to its customers worldwide.
Porsche
Striking the Right Note
How should Porsche sound? That was the challenge facing our team when they were tasked with crafting a signature sound that captures the character of the brand: luxurious, refined, and dynamic.
Our experts defined a sonic identity grounded in aspirational, calm, and sophisticated audio that effortlessly balances a comforting feeling of familiarity with a sense of discovery and adventure.
These core traits were taken to create playlists that are accessible to all Porsche team members via the Harmony App. Individuals are empowered to choose tracks that resonate with their customers, safe in the knowledge that their selection will always be true to the Porsche brand.
Deeper connections with customers can now also be forged through music with visitors invited to scan QR codes displayed on showroom signage to access the dedicated Porsche page on Apple Music.
Rolls Royce - London Mayfair
An Exercise in Engagement
Capitalizing on footfall and inspiring customers to cross the threshold is essential for luxury brands with premium locations. Rolls-Royce tasked our experts with capturing the interest of passers-by and encouraging them to enter its flagship showroom to explore its new and pre-owned collections.
The space was set up for success. Large corner windows provided the perfect gateway to the world outside, drawing potential customers’ attention with thoughtfully crafted content. A classic Rolls-Royce was the hero of the piece, highlighted with integrated kinetic lighting and a large format LED display projecting colored lighting over the vehicle surface, reminiscent of a work of art.
The showroom exterior was elevated further with a video projection showcasing the pre-owned cars available inside, complemented by QR codes that provide visitors with further information on-demand.
As night falls, the corner of the showroom lights up with screens projecting content that tells the story of this heritage brand. An opportunity to meet customers when and where they are.
