A Voyage Through Time
Fashion met functionality at the premiere of the Chanel Camélia Skeleton watch. Our team was tasked with crafting a unique experience to honor this new timepiece and capture the essence of the renowned Parisian House.
Translating the House codes of heritage, elegance, and fearless reinvention into a space that defies expectation, the Chanel Timebox was born: a modern-day time machine.
Visitors are invited to take a journey through space and time, immersed in the essence of Chanel and surrounded by animated video projections that showcase the design details and savoir-faire that make this distinctive timepiece truly exceptional.
Dyson
Education Through Interaction
Cutting-edge technology can be complex. Dyson is passionate about cutting through that complexity, an ethos our expert team carried forward when creating an in-store experience that prioritizes discovery, information, and accessibility.
It all started with a custom-built application engineered to empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions. The application holds an interactive product library, featuring both video and still content, that can be accessed through unobtrusive 10-inch touchscreen tablets mounted in plinths throughout the store.
Visitors are encouraged to touch and interact with Dyson products as they tour the store, actions that are facilitated through integrated buttons and tablet screens set into plinths and on freestanding displays. Driven by their own areas of interest, visitors can use headphones to access an audio library of spoken word and background audio while the importance of Dyson’s air purifying technology is clarified through a Breezometer ticker displaying real-time air quality metrics.
Customer empowerment continues with the provision of topic-specific pucks with embedded RFID tags that visitors can place on illuminated readers to surface content related to different aspects of creating a healthier home.
Gucci
Crafting Memorable Moments
When an activation is only live for a limited time, every moment matters. Music is one of the most effective ways luxury brands can forge connections, provoke emotion, and inspire action. Our team specializes in curating playlists that move people, a skill that Gucci was keen to harness when exploring the commercially licensed music options available for its global stores and pop-ups.
The Italian House collaborated with Grammy award-winning musician and DJ Mark Ronson, who composed bespoke tracks to curate a distinctive in-store atmosphere, while our experts took care of all the associated licensing and music rights for each territory.
With the Harmony App, Gucci team members were invited to influence the in-store ambience by selecting from a library of brand approved playlists. Temporary pop-ups around the world could also draw from this selection, requiring only the app and a Bluetooth speaker to instantly unlock the power of audio.
Hermes
Art Meets Science
Considered content turns digital displays from simple screens into canvases for creativity. An impactful audiovisual solution, displays were central to our team’s in-store strategy when designing Hermes’ new Palo Alto boutique.
Honoring the rich heritage of the Parisian House while embracing the tech-driven culture of Silicon Valley, digital displays allowed Hermes to highlight its artisanal roots, exquisite craftsmanship, and iconic silk foulards in a format that is engaging yet elegant.
An understated execution with maximum impact, the result is a seamless blend of creative content, cutting-edge technology, and brand storytelling.
